Damaged or Defective Items: Notify us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of damage or defect to arrange an immediate replacement. Outside of this window, standard product warranty terms apply.
Change of Mind: Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Inspection & Approval: All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.
Refunds & Fees: Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or Artemis Store credit (up to $3,000), minus a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Cash refunds are not provided.
Cancellations: Order cancellations processed before shipment incur a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum).
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs. Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.
