  • Shipping costs are calculated based on device size, weight, and destination.
  • Delivery is estimated within 1–3 months, depending on completion of the mandatory onboarding process.

Therabody Devices
  • Therabody devices ship separately at a flat rate of $25 per order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Returns
  • If your device arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will arrange a replacement. After 7 days, standard warranty terms apply.
  • Order cancellations before delivery are accepted, subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). Devices are not eligible for refund once delivered.

Returns
  • If your accessory arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof. We’ll arrange a swap-out at no cost. After 7 days, standard warranty terms apply.
  • Change of mind? Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Approved returns are eligible for exchange or Artemis store credit (up to $3,000), minus a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). No cash refunds.
