Notify us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of defect or transit damage to arrange an immediate replacement. Outside this window, standard warranty terms apply.
Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns are eligible for Artemis Store credit (up to $3,000) or an exchange, subject to a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Cancellations made before dispatch incur the same 10% restocking fee.
