Returns & replacements.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of defect or transit damage to arrange an immediate replacement. Outside this window, standard warranty terms apply.
  • Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns are eligible for Artemis Store credit (up to $3,000) or an exchange, subject to a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum). Cancellations made before dispatch incur the same 10% restocking fee.
  • Contact Artemis Support within 7 days of delivery to submit a request.
