  • Therabody-branded devices ship separately with a flat-rate shipping cost of $25 per order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10).
  • To initiate the returns process, please email full details to Artemis Support
T-Shape, Neveskin, and Soft FX Devices
  • Shipping costs vary based on the specific device and are calculated according to its size, weight, and shipping destination.
  • Delivery is estimated within 1–3 months, depending on completion of the device mandatory onboarding process.
  • After your order is placed, our team will contact you to guide you through onboarding, including device and contract support, business eligibility verification, contract completion, and any mandatory training.
  • Due to the complexity of these devices, please contact Artemis Support as each case is handled individually to ensure proper resolution.

Returns
