  • Therabody-branded devices ship separately with a flat-rate shipping cost of $25 per order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10).
  • To initiate the returns process, please email full details to Artemis Support
T-Shape, Neveskin, and Soft FX Devices
  • Shipping costs vary based on the specific device and are calculated according to its size, weight, and shipping destination.
  • Delivery is estimated within 1–3 months, depending on completion of the device mandatory onboarding process.
  • After your order is placed, our team will contact you to guide you through onboarding, including device and contract support, business eligibility verification, contract completion, and any mandatory training.
  • Due to the complexity of these devices, please contact Artemis Support as each case is handled individually to ensure proper resolution.

  • Next Day Shipping (1 Business Day): For weekday orders placed before 12pm EST. Orders placed Friday arrive Monday. Not available on weekends or holidays.
Returns

  • We will accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or are incorrect.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
