We ship to the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Return Policy

• Devices/device parts:  Please contact support@artemisdistribution.com for more information.
  
• Consumables: Returns for any type of consumable product (gel, oil, serums, skincare, etc) are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
  
• Accessories: The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All refunds will be issued via the same payment method as purchase less a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum applies). The customer is responsible for shipping costs on the return. We recommend adding tracking and insurance to your return shipment.
