How does a subscription plan work?

We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review the following details:

Shipping T-Shape, Neveskin, and Soft FX Devices

Shipping costs are calculated based on device size, weight, and destination.
Delivery is estimated within 1–3 months, depending on completion of the mandatory onboarding process.
After you place your order, our team will contact you to guide you through onboarding, including device and contract support, business verification, contract completion, and required training.

Therabody Devices

Therabody devices ship separately at a flat rate of $25 per order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Returns

If your device arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. We will arrange a replacement. After 7 days, standard warranty terms apply.
Order cancellations before delivery are accepted, subject to a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). Devices are not eligible for refund once delivered.
All returns are subject to approval and inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Next Day Shipping (1 Business Day): For weekday orders placed before 12pm EST. Orders placed Friday arrive Monday. Not available on weekends or holidays.

Returns

Consumable products (gel, oil, serums, skincare, etc.) are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—just get in touch.

Returns

If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and provide proof of the defect or damage, and we will arrange for a swap-out. Outside of this time frame, then the terms of your product warranty apply
Change of mind? Accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returns are subject to approval and inspection.
Approved returns are eligible for exchange or Artemis store credit (up to $3,000), minus a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). No cash refunds.
Cancellations before shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee ($10 minimum applies).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended.

During a treatment, you glide a wand over your client’s skin. By applying precise temperatures and a unique massage technique, you stimulate the body’s natural processes to promote a defined appearance. Additionally, static and facial wand options enable simultaneous face and body treatments to be performed by one technician.

Neveskin Ultra and Neveskin Duo

Neveskin is available in two models: Neveskin Ultra and Neveskin Duo.

Neveskin Ultra offers the same powerful treatment options as the Neveskin Duo but with even more flexibility! Neveskin Ultra offers the highest level of treatment versatility, including the option to receive simultaneous face and body treatments to get double the results in half the time.

Neveskin’s additional wand options allow for simultaneous face and body treatments to be performed by one technician, maximizing your hourly rate.

The treatments

1. Shape
Manual Shape treatments are designed to help tone and promote a defined appearance. During the treatment, alternating hot and cold temperatures are applied to targeted areas in a safe, non-invasive and pain-free way.

Static Shape treatments are the same as the Manual Shape treatments but hands-free! These treatments use four static heads featuring an improved ergonomic design to make set-up easy and ensure consistency in placement throughout the treatment. This option also allows simultaneous static and facial treatments as well as 2-part static treatments.*

2. Soothe
Soothe treatments help ease discomfort, promote recovery, and encourage general wellness.

3. Tone
Tone treatments are designed to help firm and smooth. During the treatment, a cold massage is applied to smooth, lift, and firm skin, reducing the appearance of imperfections and helping improve the skin’s overall texture.

4. Facial
Facial treatments are designed to help brighten, firm, and lift. Neveskin includes eight facial protocols.

5. Smooth
Smooth treatments are designed to help tone and improve skin quality. During the treatment, alternating hot and cold temperatures are applied to promote a firmer appearance and smooth targeted areas. The precise temperatures help accelerate the body’s natural processes in a safe, non-invasive and pain-free way.*

6. Drain
Drain treatments are designed for general wellness. During the treatment, alternating hot and cold temperatures are applied to encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes, promoting balance in the body and helping to improve overall well-being.*
