Therabody-branded devices ship separately with a flat-rate shipping cost of $25 per order and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10).

Shipping costs vary based on the specific device and are calculated according to its size, weight, and shipping destination.
Delivery is estimated within 1–3 months, depending on completion of the device mandatory onboarding process.
After your order is placed, our team will contact you to guide you through onboarding, including device and contract support, business eligibility verification, contract completion, and any mandatory training.

How it works

During a Neveskin treatment, you glide a wand over your client’s skin. The wand applies precise temperatures between 24.8°F (-4°C) and 104°F (40°C), combined with a unique massage technique, to aid the body’s natural processes and improve appearance.

Shape

Shape treatments use precise heating and cooling technology to help tighten the skin and shape the body. During the treatment, the massage wand is applied using a specialized technique in a localized area, such as the abdomen, thighs, arms, back, chin, or hips to to naturally and painlessly reduce circumference through the activation of connective tissue, tighten and firm your skin, and promote a more defined appearance.

Longer-lasting results can be seen after a series of treatments, and your provider will consult with you prior to your treatment to ensure they are recommending the best treatment program for your unique goals and needs.

Tone

Tone treatments use cold massage to smooth, lift, and firm skin, reducing the appearance of imperfections and improving the skin’s overall texture.

The application of cold temperatures followed by the warming of the skin from the technician’s hand creates a rapid alternation of vasoconstriction and vasodilation which temporarily increases local blood circulation, promoting the production of collagen and elastin while helping to tone, smooth and shape areas lacking elasticity.

We typically recommend clients receive a minimum of five Tone treatments for best results.

Facial

Standard/Extended Facial treatments use cold temperatures to naturally promote a brighter, more toned and lifted appearance. Standard/Extended Facials are a natural, non-invasive way to look younger and more radiant.

We typically recommend clients receive a minimum of five treatments for best results. These treatments should be performed once per week for clients with minimal signs of aging + skin laxity, or twice per week for clients with more pronounced signs of aging + greater skin laxity, with a minimum of 48 hours between treatments.
